Вилла в Konia

The development Private Residences is an exclusive collection of seven luxury villas set on the hills of Konia, offering unobstructed panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, Paphos, its historic harbour, and lighthouse. The hillside location benefits from refreshing breezes throughout the year.

The villas feature bold contemporary architecture combined with natural wood, local grey stone, and decorative concrete. Generous outdoor spaces include landscaped areas, private infinity pools, Jacuzzis, fire pits, and BBQ areas, while floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing creates bright, open-plan living spaces.

Interiors feature custom-made kitchens with 3-metre stone islands and premium built-in appliances, wooden and Italian porcelain or marble flooring, large-format Italian porcelain bathrooms with Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware and Hansgrohe fixtures, and 2.3-metre flush-frame doors. The residences are equipped with KNX Smart Home technology, hidden VRV heating and cooling, silent hydronic underfloor heating, and a 10.1 kW photovoltaic system.
