Villa in Geroskipou

The project is located just 180 meters away from the beautiful sandy beaches and is a home to 7 luxurious villas, strategically placed in order to enjoy a view towards the Mediterranean Sea. The villas not only represent the beauty of the Mediterranean, but also depict the ancient history of the site. The magnificent tombs of the Kings shed the light of inspiration for the architectural design. The earthy-coloured, plaster walls blend beautifully with the local landscape, creating a sense of belonging to the site. The Project has EPC certificate with "A" Energy Efficiency Rating.
