This senior living resort, being the first such concept in Cyprus, is located on the outskirts of Paphos. It will offer the next generation of retirees independent senior living facilities as well as the opportunity to be part of a community of like-minded people and enjoy the retirement living. The project will specialise in providing all-inclusive, independent, resort style, 60 years and over senior living. The development will consist of approximately 105 properties with a selection of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments in a gated area of approximately 20,000 sqm.
