The Prologue consists of 12 modern independent apartments designed with refined elegance and functionality. Each residence features spacious living and dining areas bathed in natural light, contemporary kitchens with granite countertops and integrated faucets, and serene bedrooms with custom-built wardrobes. High-quality finishes, large openings, and premium materials create a timeless aesthetic that enhances everyday living.

The building embodies affordable real luxury and architectural excellence, blending clean lines with warm textures to form a distinctive gated community in the centre of the city.

The name Prologue was chosen with intention. While this is not our first step into elite developments in the city center, it represents the beginning of a new chapter for us. A starting point that sets the tone for what follows, a series of projects defined by refined design, elevated standards, and a deeper vision of modern living. This is our prologue, an introduction to a story still unfolding.
